[Circular Economy News] Published on November 1st - Received the "Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award"
The country's first AI automatic sorting machine has received the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award for its contributions to promoting the 3Rs.
At the "Fiscal Year 2021 Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Promotion Awards," Uenotex received the "Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award." This is also mentioned on the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's website: ↓ https://www.meti.go.jp/press/2021/10/20211022001/20211022001.html In Fiscal Year 2020, there were various awards from different ministries (10 cases), but in Fiscal Year 2021, there were only 5 awards: the Prime Minister's Award, the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award, and the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Award! I believe that the contribution of our environmental equipment manufacturing and development, including URANOS, has been recognized. URANOS is an AI-equipped waste sorting robot that can identify the characteristics and shapes of waste, enabling high-quality sorting. As we create learning data for each customer, the accuracy of identification improves with each iteration. We centralize the construction of robots, systems, and AI learning within our own group, ensuring stable domestic production. In the event of any trouble, we can respond quickly from our domestic base. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*
